Information

All patients must be 18 years old or over at the time of treatment. You will be asked to provide a valid form of identification on the day. If you are not able to provide ID when asked we cannot proceed with the treatment and you will lose your booking fee.


We are not able to treat those who are medically unfit for treatment. This includes those with severe allergies. If you book an appointment and are deemed medically unfit on the day we are unable to refund your booking fee. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure whether you are medically fit for treatment. 


All patients must complete a medical history form at their first appointment.


Booking Fee

The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The booking fee will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.


Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your booking you must give a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you fail to let us know without 48 hours notice you will lose your booking fee. If you choose to make another booking you will need to pay the booking fee again.


Refunds

All treatments are non-refundable. Whilst we undertake to provide factual, honest and ethical advice and safe treatments, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results do not meet your expectations.


Payments

The remaining treatment balance, if not paid in advance, can be paid on the day by either cash or bank transfer.


Lateness

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we will not be able to treat you and will lose your booking fee. If you choose to make another booking you will need to pay the booking fee again.
